ORDER ALTERATIONS/CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled. Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.
ORDER FULFILLMENT POLICY
Most in-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. You must be 18 years of age or older.
World Tech Shop guarantees that you will get a new working product(s) or you can return the product(s) for repair or replacement. Color, frequency, and packaging may vary. Occasionally items run out or are discontinued. We reserve the right to send items of equivalent function in order to fill your order in a timely manner.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
Eligible items may be returned for replacement only. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and unopened to be eligible for a refund. Unopened items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. Refunds do not include shipping and handling. There is a 20% restocking fee for all items returned for a refund. Some exclusions may apply.
- KEEP PACKAGING: Save all boxes, packaging material, and paperwork. Don't throw anything away. They are required items for all return issues.
- You must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to return merchandise. Request an RMA number by emailing customersservice@worldtechtoys.com.
All returns must include an RMA number, the original invoice and a note referencing your full name, e-mail you provided in the order and the order number.

You will be responsible for shipping costs on your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All eligible returns will be offered replacement only. Please note: Items returned to us without an RMA number will be refused. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
A defective item is an item that arrives undamaged in shipping but does not function properly due to a manufacturing issue. The item must not have any visible damage and the defect must clearly be from manufacturing issues. Returns for opened items misrepresented as defective or returned items with damage caused by the customer will not qualify as a manufacturing defect. Any item that was opened and played with and was in working condition out of the box is NOT considered a defect. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send a clear description and picture (if applicable) of the defective or damaged item to hello@worldtechshop.com for review.
