My grandkids loved these but when I received this one it was not the hulk but it was iron man thank goodness my grandson didn’t mind but I sure did was very disappointed. I already emailed you but no response and I also called your number but was told that extension does not work I did find an extension that work to leave a message but no response back from that either. I would not recommend this company the product yes but not the company they do not have very food costumer care
