He loved it

I got it for my 7 year old Grandson, I think maybe kids need to be a little older. It was kind of cool, I thought you would be able to control it by your hand, but could not. It just took off flying wherever it wanted to.

I ordered this product on 12/22. It stated it would be delivered within 2 business days for my shipping choice. Instead, the products did not arrive until January 4th nearly two weeks after I ordered. Since this was to be a Christmas gift it was obviously very late. I sent an email to you when the promised date passed and I received no reply from your company. As I watched the tracking progress it was obvious that the package was sent late and then sent to another incorrect post office and then finally sent to me. Poor shipping procedures and poor communication from your company. The product is good as I saw this at the Container Store (I wish I would have bought it there). I won't be ordering from this company again.

SOOOO disappointed. Company promised Christmas delivery, then did not even send it before Christmas, refused to cancel the order when it became apparent it had not been shipped as promised. Have not even open the box.

Have not received the golden snitch.
